So Who’s Natasha?
Natasha’s journey is a masterclass in resilience, versatility, and purpose.
With nearly two decades of global experience in education, leadership, and performance psychology, she helps individuals and organizations break through limiting patterns and build systems for lasting change. Her work sits at the intersection of educational psychology, neuroscience, and innovation, supporting transformation across K–12 classrooms, elite sports, and corporate environments.
She has taught every grade from early childhood to high school across eight countries and coached youth in basketball, soccer, and boxing. In high-performance settings, she works with NHL, WHL, NBA, UFC athletes, and Olympians to build mental resilience and optimize performance. The common thread: mindset, mental agility, and the science of transformation.
Not talk therapy was inspired through a conversation with a man I respect- someone going through hell, hiding it, not wanting to talk about it, but who also wanted to love life again. He mentioned that most of his friends are in the same boat- they lead, they provide, and do what needs doing- but at the end of the day, they feel a loss and are unsure how to move forward, and don’t love therapy and being forced to retalk through their trauma. Many have PTSD and depression, veterans, athletes, and others who live in high-risk, high-pressure environments for a long time. My goal is to help them reset, the way they want, so they can regain their life and power.
Natasha blends neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, hypnosis, and cutting-edge educational research to design practical, evidence-based solutions. She leads curriculum design, mental conditioning programs, and strategic consulting that bridges theory with real-world impact. Her current research centers around internal mental loop navigation and reform, as well as sustainable change management.
Her personal story includes summiting Kilimanjaro, narrowly escaping a kidnapping, and teaching her son to barter in Egypt (a decision she now slightly regrets). She is a small-town girl who somehow managed to travel the world. She’s a mother, marathoner, serial entrepreneur, runs a private practice, and is pursuing her Doctorate: proof that grit and growth can redefine what’s possible.
