With nearly two decades of experience in teaching, coaching, and high-performance system design, I’ve discovered that the most profound shifts happen when we stop talking about our problems and start changing the patterns that keep us stuck. My approach is not traditional therapy—it's about rewiring subconscious patterns, building mental resilience, and creating real-world solutions that last. Through neuroscience, hypnosis, and trauma-informed practices, I help individuals break free from stress, overwhelm, and anxiety without needing to revisit every painful detail.
In my work, I’ve helped elite athletes, educators, first responders, and executives reclaim clarity, boost mental readiness, and manage stress in high-pressure environments. I blend research-driven techniques with practical tools that can be implemented immediately—no endless talking, just lasting transformation.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a strategic analyst and advisor within various systems, where I realized that even the best policies and leadership strategies are ineffective unless individuals are mentally equipped to handle the demands of their roles. This led me to focus on subconscious patterning and mental performance, shifting my work to support people in reclaiming their mental health without the need for endless therapy sessions.
Today, I help people break patterns, rewire subconscious responses, and build the resilience necessary to thrive. My work is for anyone who wants to create meaningful, lasting change without having to relive every detail of their past. I offer a direct, solution-focused approach that empowers you to move forward, free from mental roadblocks.
Currently, I’m developing the Perceptual Reframing Loop (PRL), a framework designed to help high-stress professionals like educators, emergency responders, and healthcare workers reshape their perception of burnout and build resilience under pressure.
